今回はアークライトさんから日本語版が発売される『キーフラワー』(Keyflower)のソロヴァリアントがありましたのでご紹介します。
BGGのフォーラムにソロヴァリアントは複数あったのですが、一番シンプルそうなスコアアタックのものをご紹介いたします。

As Keyflower is my favorite board game, I like to play it solo once in a while.
『キーフラワー』はお気に入りのボードゲームで、ソロでもよく遊んでいます。
I've seen the two solitaire variants in the forum, but the first one use an Auto-Player which I don't like (complicated, randomness, longer plays, etc...) and the second one you see all the tiles at the beginning and you can easily get all of them, which I don't like too.
Here's my solo variant.
フォーラムに2つのソロヴァリアントがありますが、最初のオートマプレイヤーのものは私には合いませんでした(複雑でランダム性が高く、プレイ時間も長くなりがちだったため)。2つ目のヴァリアントは初めからタイルが全て公開されていて、獲得もしやすく、これも私には合いませんでした。そこで以下のソロヴァリアントを考えましたのでご紹介いたします。
Goal:
The player wins if he scores 100 points or more (130 points or more if using The Farmers).
目的:
100点以上取れたらプレイヤーの勝利です(拡張の「農夫たち」を使用する場合は130点以上)。
Setup as per the 2-player game, with the following exceptions:
- only 1 boat is used: the Sea Bastion.
- at setup, 3 winter tiles are revealed and set aside for use in winter (these are already known to the player).
2人プレイの時のセットアップを行いますが、以下の変更点があります。
- 使用するボートは、シー・バスディオン号の1隻のみです。
- セットアップ時、冬のタイル3枚を公開し、冬で使用する時のために脇によけておいてください(プレイヤーの既知の情報となります)。
Differences in game play:
- 6 tiles are revealed randomly in spring, summer and autumn.
- In winter a total of 6 tiles are revealed: The 3 tiles already known, plus 3 additional, random tiles. (A total of 8 tiles, 4 of which are revealed at setup, are used if using The Farmers).
- Auction: Each bid made during a season has to be at least one more meeple than the highest bid already made during this season. Example: At spring, you can win 3 tiles at most, with 1+2+3 = 6 meeples. (For the next bid you would need 4 meeples.)
- Green meeples: A bid of green meeples counts as one more meeple than the actual number of meeples in it. Example: A bid of 2 green meeples counts as a 3 meeples bid.
- Summer boat n°4: The boat‘s ability is replaced by the following: One time each season, the player can place meeples lying horizontally for bidding on (boat 4a) or activating (boat 4b) a tile. These meeples count double and do not count towards the limit of 6 meeples per tile limit. The color of these meeples has to respect the usual rules of the corresponding boat. Example: With boat 4a in your village, a bid of 2 meeples placed lying horizontally counts as 4 meeples (or even as 5 meeples, if using green meeples).
- At the end of each season, the player wins for free the 2-players order tile (and all of its effects, namely getting to choose the Sea Bastion ship).
ゲームプレイの変更点:
- 春・夏・秋ではランダムに6枚のタイルを公開します。
- 冬は次の内訳で合計6枚のタイルを公開します: 既に公開されている3枚に、追加でランダムにタイル3枚を加えてください(拡張「農夫たち」を使う場合は、セットアップ時に4枚公開+ランダム4枚の合計8枚のタイルになります)。
- 入札: 季節中に行われる各ビッドは、その季節中に既に行われているビッドよりも1体以上多くミープルを使って行わなければなりません。例: 春には、1+2+3 = 6ミープルで最大3枚のタイルを獲得可能です(次のビッドではミープル4体が必要になります)。
- 緑のミープル: 緑のミープルのビッドではそこにある実際のミープルの数よりも1多く数えます。例: 緑のミープル2つはミープル3つのビッドとして数えます。
- 夏のボートn°4: ボートの能力は次の効果に置き換わります: 各季節に一度、プレイヤーはミープルを寝かせて置いて、タイルにビッド(ボート4a)や使用(ボート4b)できます。これらのミープルは2倍として数え、タイル制限となるミープル6体の制限には含まれません。これらのミープルの色は対応するボートの通常ルールに従います。例: 自分の村にあるボート4aを使って、ミープル2体を寝かせて置いてビッドした場合はミープル4体として数えます(緑のミープルを使用する場合はミープル5体として数えます)。
- 各季節の終了時、プレイヤーは2人プレイの順番タイルを無料で勝ち取れます(そしてその効果のすべて、すなわちシー・バスティアン号を選択できます)。
Designer explanation: In solo plays, green meeple and summer boat n°4 are unintersting choices, due to the different bidding mechanic in solo. That's why I created the two rules for them.
デザイナーからひと言: ソロプレイでは、入札が通常プレイとは異なり、緑のミープルと夏のボートn°4は魅力的な選択肢ではなかったので、この2つのルールを作成しました。
